We want you to be completely satisfied with Glow Plan App. If for any reason you are not happy with your subscription, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your order date — no questions asked.
How to Request a Refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, who acts as the Merchant of Record for all Glow Plan App orders. To request a refund:
- Visit paddle.net and locate your transaction, or
- Contact our support team at support@glowplan.app and we will assist you.
After the Refund Period
After the 30-day refund window has passed, you may still cancel your subscription at any time through the Settings page in your account. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will retain access to Glow Plan App until that date. No partial or prorated refunds are issued for the remaining time in a billing period after the 30-day window.
Subscription Renewals
Your subscription renews automatically each year. If you wish to avoid being charged for the next billing period, please cancel before your renewal date. If a renewal charge was processed and you did not intend to continue, contact us within 30 days of the renewal for a full refund of that charge.
