By accessing or using Glow Plan App ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Glow Plan App is a web-based platform that enables skincare professionals, aestheticians, and med spa owners to create, manage, and share branded skincare routine cards for their clients.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Free Trial & Subscription

Glow Plan App offers a 7-day free trial. After the trial period, continued access requires an active paid subscription. Pricing is displayed on our website and is subject to change with reasonable notice.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

5. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your subscription, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your order date. Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net or contact our support team at support@glowplan.app.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you create using the Service, including skincare cards, product libraries, and client data. By using the Service, you grant Glow Plan App a limited license to store and process your content solely to provide the Service.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) use the Service for unlawful purposes; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service; (c) interfere with or disrupt the Service; (d) upload malicious code or content; (e) resell or redistribute the Service without authorization.

8. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Service, including its design, software, templates, and branding, are owned by Glow Plan App. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use Glow Plan App's trademarks or branding.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Glow Plan App shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months prior to the claim.

10. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Glow Plan App does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. Skincare recommendations created through the Service are the sole responsibility of the user and do not constitute medical advice.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time through the Settings page. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
